This was just an ideal choice for a quick trip in Moosic with fantastic value. The kitchenette in the room lacked pots and pans, but the staff offered a fry pan after I asked. Make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you're planning to use the kitchen.

The indoor pool and hot tub were such a delight! I felt right at home in our spacious Two-Bedroom Suite, perfect for our large blended family. And can we talk about the breakfast? It was a feast with eggs, sausage, and more-fueling our adventures all day!

During our stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, especially the exceptional efforts of Monica. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a fantastic feature that added to our convenience. The location is perfect for accessing local attractions, making our visit even more enjoyable. However, the small pool area could use some improvement.

The staff at Towneplace Suites in Moosic were incredibly accommodating. I requested a first-floor room since my dog dislikes the elevator, and they made it happen without any issues. Upon checking in, the front desk gave me bananas since I had to leave before their breakfast buffet opened, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable but small. The pull-out couch was quite uncomfortable, leading my daughter to sleep on the couch cushions instead. I had to ask for linens for the pull-out bed, which was a bit of a hassle after a long drive. Additionally, the cleanliness could use some improvement. the pull-out couch was stained and the bed skirt looked filthy. Although the pool area is nice, I was surprised by its shallow depth. The heat in our room didn’t work, and I could hear a lot of noise from outside the room, including other guests and traffic. While breakfast was adequate, I felt the breakfast area was a little cramped. Overall, the staff's attentiveness made up for some of these inconveniences. I would consider staying here again if I was in the area, but definitely with some reservations.

Had a great time with friends! We used the complimentary shuttle to check out a couple of nearby restaurants and a cool local museum. The 32-inch Smart TV in our room was a nice touch too, kept us entertained during downtime. Definitely recommend it for a group getaway!

One downside was some noise from the nearby elevator. It was in use late and early, which affected our sleep a bit.

However, housekeeping could be improved. we found crumbs in the kitchen cabinets and some dust in the living room AC unit. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay, which was disappointing.
