Exceptional Service and Comfort

During our stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, especially the exceptional efforts of Monica. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a fantastic feature that added to our convenience. The location is perfect for accessing local attractions, making our visit even more enjoyable. However, the small pool area could use some improvement.

Room was spacious, like my own little flat! The gym had more machines than I could dream of needing. Weekend breakfast buffet was a feast. never seen so many eggs!

The hallways had a unique 'eau de weed' aroma—so charming! Almost called it a spa treatment. fortunately, my nostrils weren't impressed!

The room layout felt spacious with a clean kitchen area and a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread impressed me. Fresh eggs, pancakes, and a variety of pastries kept me satisfied. The staff during breakfast provided friendly service, always keeping the area stocked. The pool looked inviting, but it was smaller than expected, and the hot tub wasn’t operational during my stay. Noise from nearby rooms occasionally disrupted the quiet, especially during peak hours. I found some dust on the furniture and a few crumbs in the kitchen, pointing to a need for better housekeeping attention. Overall, despite minor issues with cleanliness and noise, it felt like a solid choice for a short stay. I would consider returning but hope for improved room maintenance next time.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the awesome breakfast spread and the well-equipped fitness center. The indoor pool and hot tub were lovely spots to unwind after a long day. The staff at Towneplace Suites in Moosic were incredibly accommodating. I requested a first-floor room since my dog dislikes the elevator, and they made it happen without any issues. Upon checking in, the front desk gave me bananas since I had to leave before their breakfast buffet opened, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable but small. The pull-out couch was quite uncomfortable, leading my daughter to sleep on the couch cushions instead. I had to ask for linens for the pull-out bed, which was a bit of a hassle after a long drive. Additionally, the cleanliness could use some improvement. the pull-out couch was stained and the bed skirt looked filthy. Although the pool area is nice, I was surprised by its shallow depth. The heat in our room didn’t work, and I could hear a lot of noise from outside the room, including other guests and traffic. While breakfast was adequate, I felt the breakfast area was a little cramped. Overall, the staff's attentiveness made up for some of these inconveniences. I would consider staying here again if I was in the area, but definitely with some reservations.

Had a great time with friends! We used the complimentary shuttle to check out a couple of nearby restaurants and a cool local museum. The 32-inch Smart TV in our room was a nice touch too, kept us entertained during downtime. Definitely recommend it for a group getaway!

One downside was some noise from the nearby elevator. It was in use late and early, which affected our sleep a bit.
